How do I track my order?
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS and Email with the tracking details. You can use this link to track your order in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will be notified with the tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll get another email with the shipping and tracking details. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not always mean the courier has picked it up yet—check the tracking link to know when your package is in transit.
What if my tracking info shows ‘Delivered’ but I never received my order?
We understand how important your order is! If your tracking shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
Check with family members, roommates, or neighbours in case they accepted the package on your behalf. Look around your premises, security desk, or apartment office where the courier may have left it. In rare cases, couriers mark packages as delivered a few hours before they physically arrive.
